What is category A credit?

The ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) has enabled various RCEEMs (Recognized Continuing Education Evaluation Mechanisms) to approve continuing education courses for category A credit. These organizations include the ASRT (American Society of Radiologic Technologists), the RSNA (Radiological Society of North America), the AHRA (American Healthcare Radiology Administrators), the CAMRT (Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists), the MDCB (Medical Dosimetrist Certification Board), as well as several others. A complete list of these may be found on the ARRT website – or by calling the ARRT at (651) 687-0048 (x8540). This credit may be used to satisfy continuing education requirements of the ARRT for its licensed radiologic technologists. Radiologic technologists must obtain at least 24 category A credits per biennium. All RADUNITS courses are approved through a variety of these RCEEMS for category A credit, and each CE course meets the continuing education requirements of the ARRT.

How long will it take to receive the coursebook?

In general, it takes between 4 to 6 days to receive the coursebook – as we send it to you directly from Amazon.com or the coursebook publisher. This way, you get it fast with reliable shipping – no matter which state you live in.

What are my options if I do not pass the post-test?

A passing score of 75% must be achieved on the post-test to receive the CE certificate. You have a total of 3 attempts to pass any post-test. However, our tests are carefully designed to help you learn the useful material quickly, with simple questions that are chapter-organized and follow along through the coursebook. Radiology continuing education is a necessity, so it shouldn’t be an expensive or tedious process to obtain it.

What is your low-price guarantee?

If you can find a current, regularly-advertised price on another CE course that is lower than the price of a comparable RADUNITS course (one that uses the same coursebook), then we will offer you the RADUNITS course at their price minus the price difference.

What is your satisfaction guarantee?

If you are not 100% satisfied with any of our CE courses, simply return the coursebook (in good condition) to RADUNITS for a complete refund of the purchase price or CE course exchange – your choice. The technologist must not have already obtained CE credit for the course, and we must receive the coursebook within 30 days of the purchase date.

Do you keep a record of my radiology CE credits?

Yes. We keep a record of each radiology CE course that you pass through RADUNITS for a minimum of 7 years.

Can I receive a copy of the CE certificate if I lose the original?

Yes. Just send us an email or give us a call. We’ll email you a replacement CE certificate anytime, free of charge.
